I have been looking and looking and looking for a great Freddy pic, and let me tell you, they are hard to find. But this one, this IS Freddy. He is such an amazing guy, so happy, so positive, that he really is a boon to any deck he works on. I hope to one day meet him, he is exactly what a real hardworking man looks like, inside and out.

Heeeyyyy ya'll. I hope your Hump Day is going well. I'm gonna keep this short and simple, and give a big shout out to all my Kodiak Lovin girls. I know this is a pretty "generic" picture of Bill, but for some reason, it's my favorite.

Missing on Deadliest Catch: F/V Northwestern

I don't actually mind how Discovery has Season 7 set up with certain boats every episode, but of course I missed seeing the Northwestern. So to keep that amazing boat in mind, I chose Mr. Sig Hansen for today's Hump Day pic.

I prefer my Sig with facial hair, like when he's been up for three days with no sleep, but alas, I couldn't find such a picture on such short notice. (I literally remember Hump Day was today like five minutes ago. Crisis averted!)

Gretchen, when I rotated this picture to the vertical position, I noticed where Fourtner's size 15 foot was. As I remember it from high school, isn't the lady's foot supposed to be in the man's lap? Not the other way around?

It's a Special Hump Day!

It seems Fate had a hand into today's Hump Day picture. My computer crashed last night as I was loading the picture I chose (no, I'm not telling you who it is) and I pretty much threw my hands up.

Then, while at work today, I get the call that my computer has been restored, so I made plans to post the picture this afternoon.

But Dee Hancock had a WAY better idea.

As a lot of you know, our very own Todd Herman is leaving in 2 days to start his new job as a crabber. So guess what?

Todd is our Hump Day pic of the week! Todd will be aboard the Lady Laura and we couldn't be prouder of him. Congrats Todd! We love you and we will miss you. Lots of luck and fair weather!

This One Is A Little Different

I dunno about you, but I like my men rugged, smart, and able to wield a hammer/sledgehammer/wrench/crabpot. Enter Mike Rowe. While not actually a crabber, he does talk a lot about them, well, because he narrates the Deadliest Catch series.
